Secured Big Data Analytics for Decision-Oriented Medical System Using Internet of Things

The Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) has shown incredible development with the growth medical systems using wireless information technologies. devices are biosensors that can integrate physical things to make smarter healthcare applications collaborated on Internet. In recent decades, many have been designed monitor health patients and support expert teams for appropriate treatment. attached patients’ bodies connected a cloud computing system obtaining analyzing data. However, such operate battery powered sensors limiting constraints in terms memory, transmission, processing resources. Many solutions helping community efficient monitoring conditions computing, however, mostly incur latency data collection storage. Therefore, this paper presents model Secured Big Data analytics Edge–Cloud architecture (SBD-EC), which aims provide distributed timely computation decision-oriented system. Moreover, mobile edges cooperate level present secure algorithm, achieving reliable availability privacy security against malicious actions. performance proposed is evaluated simulations results obtained demonstrate significant improvement over other solutions.
